The Food




Menus will be seasonally driven by the belief that the fruit of the vine, and the wine that comes from that fruit, is best paired with the myriad of local ingredients that are available close to home. Close relationships with local farmers ensure not only the freshest of ingredients, but also a culinary experience that celebrates New England's diversity.


We are passionate about serving healthy and nutritious meals that promotes the environment and the community around us. We are about the flavor with a focus on healthy cooking practices such as braising, broiling, roasting, steaming and poaching which are used in order to provide flavorful and nutritionally sound dining. We use basic ingredients to create the food from “Scratch”. Basically if there is a hard way, that is the way we are going to do it! If we make pizza, we make it from flour, yeast, salt, water and fresh tomatoes.


We cook 100% trans-fat free and use no MSG, artificial colors or artificial flavors. We are committed to the community, use local sources whenever possible, and strive to purchase hormone-free natural foods. With our commitment to the community comes our pledge to support small businesses, local farms, and community involvement.
